Cancellation & Refund Policy

Strategic Wellness Consultations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to forfeiture of payment.

No-shows are non-refundable.

90-Day Tailwind Reset Program

Because planning, preparation, and reserved scheduling time begin immediately after enrollment:

  • Payments are non-refundable after the first session has occurred.

  • Unused sessions expire 120 days after enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Missed appointments without 48-hour notice may be forfeited.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable resources, PDFs, guides, memberships, and educational materials are non-refundable.

Membership Services

Memberships may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not create refunds for previous payments.

Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.

Client Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing services, booking appointments, downloading materials, or participating in any Tailwind Advisory offering, you acknowledge and agree:

I understand that:

  • Tailwind Advisory provides educational and informational consulting only.

  • Tailwind Advisory does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Information discussed may include wellness strategies, lifestyle optimization, recovery methods, supplements, peptides, travel wellness, journaling, sleep optimization, and related educational topics.

  • I am responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals regarding medical decisions.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Applying educational information

  • Implementing lifestyle changes

  • Using supplements

  • Using wellness technologies

  • Using products discussed by Tailwind Advisory

  • Acting on educational resources or recommendations

I release and hold harmless:

Tailwind Advisory, its owner, contractors, affiliates, referral partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising from my participation in services or use of information provided.

I acknowledge:

  • No outcome has been promised or guaranteed.

  • Results vary by individual.

  • Participation is voluntary.

  • I assume full responsibility for my decisions and actions.

By using this website or purchasing services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Client Waiver.

Your membership continues on a monthly basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your member account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access through that date. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Extended Commitment Options (6-Month and Annual)

Extended commitment options are available exclusively to clients who have completed a consult or 90-Day Reset program. All extended commitment purchases are final and non-refundable. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact hello@tailwindadvisoryco.com. Any accommodation is at Tailwind Advisory's sole discretion.
