  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, and no-shows, are not eligible for rescheduling. The session fee is forfeited in those cases.

  • All sales are final. Because appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we are unable to issue refunds once a booking is confirmed. If something comes up, please use the 48-hour reschedule window — that is what it is there for.
